Cancellation/Late Policy All cancellations need to be 48hrs before your scheduled appointments for full sets and 24hrs before your scheduled appointment for fills and makeup appointments . If cancellation/reschedule occurs within the 24hr window of your appointment fill or makeup you will be charged 50%of your service fee. If cancellation/rescheduling occurs within the 48hr window of your appointment for a full set your deposit will be forfeited, If you call/text and cancel within 2hrs of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your service fee for that day. If I allowed you to schedule another appointment after a no call no show, the fee charged to your card will not be transferred to your new appointment you will have to pay a new service charge for your new appointment. If I receive no warning or message regarding your NO SHOW you will not be allowed to booked with me again without prepaying for your service. NO REFUNDS NO TRANSFERS Everyone will have a 10 minute grace period if late and I dont hear from you, you are required to reschedule and pay 50% of you service you were scheduled to have, and a deposit to secure your next appointment. Please do not bring guests to your appointment.
